Internet: A potential long term disadvantage for the society

We all know that sociology and psychology are very sensitive areas of human existence. A change in social order sometimes lasts for ages and to bring about a change in the psychology of people takes years of hard work. Considering these facts, should a ‘sudden’ change in the social order and psychology of people be introduced in any society? For instance, a sudden change in the believe system of people from ‘Trust in God’ to ‘Atheism’ or a sudden introduction of Internet (or a different culture) and its sudden change in the social order of society. Mostly, what can be the delayed consequences of these sudden changes in our society cannot be all said by the short term studies done by experts. So what do you think, should sudden changes in the society of any country be introduced or should it be through the introduction of slow change?

U.S.-India strategic relationship

Can USA start with the concept and development of Corruption-free centres (CFC) in India? CFC can be opened in educational areas. The admission can be based on US standards and the education system can be totally free of corruption. Enhancement of mind takes place best in the presence of least stress to emotions and physical presence. Affordable and best can be a better strategy than quick money and delayed progress.

Another point in this regard is discussed below.

1. What are the identified needs of India? For instance, extreme poverty cases.
2. What are the identified needs of USA? For instance, need of sharper brains to march more ahead in research.
3. Where do they meet? Exchange on certain aspects. What are these platforms for exchange? How can they be dealt with? Can there be some adjustment?
One example: Poverty can end by education and the same education can give sharper brains to USA.
Solution 1: Now, if USA works to end poverty in India. People will go for education because they have money for higher education. You still get what you want but the approach differs. To end poverty we too need jobs.
Solution 2: If USA works to supports technology advancement in India then more learned people will be available for faster progress in the world. Does it really matter where the solution to earthquakes takes place? Any land can be honored for this case. Are there any opportunities for Indian brains to contribute t o this cause?
Solution 3: Internet stops the children from taking interest in education. Are we losing something for the future? Can this be allowed?
Solution 4: Good food is essential for right development of brain. Can poor people provide healthy food to their children?
Let’s come to the conclusion. All things are inter-related to each other. We cannot separate and concentrate on some and slightly ignore others. Then why the concentration deals with specific and ignores the others. ‘Overall development of a country is essential’ – this I feel are the right words. And for that we don’t have to change as much we need to arrange.

Mental Health Conformity Test before the Sale of Guns

Locked Gun Status: To use the gun a password should be required and that password should be made available only to the individual who has passed the Mental Health Conformity Test (MHCT) within the period of past 3 weeks.
Process of MHCT
1.       Dial 111 from the mobile.
2.       The voice identifier would have previously kept the identification of the person. Thus, when the person speaks through the mobile the voice identifier identifies him or her.
3.       The automated voice then speaks: “This is MHCT to generate a password valid for the next 3 weeks for the use of your gun. This password will be required for the operation of the gun. These are the simple questions for you.”
4.       Psychiatrists and psychologists need to design the questions and automated testing procedure. The exact manner of testing mental health should be kept confidential.  For instance, can you speak uninterruptedly on the topic ….for 60 seconds? The exact process of MHCT is under development in our research lab.
5.       If the MHCT is passed the password will be generated.
6.       The password can be generated in free time and can be used later at the hour of need.
7.       Password typing on the gun should be fingerprint sensitive.
8.       It would not take a time period of more than 1 second to type the 3 digit password so that at the time of need quick action can be taken. Three attempts should be given to type the correct password.
9.       The mental health status of citizens of all ages should be confirmed for the use of these guns.
